About BE-STILL Loan Signing Service Inc.

We provide professional Notary services to Lenders, Banks and other lending institutions that require their loan documents to be signed and notarized.  BE-STILL brokers Signing assignments between the Lenders and Notary Publics.  We serve two clients, the Lenders and the Notary Publics.  Our Notary Publics are connected to us in the capacity of Independent Contractors.

Through strategic advertising and marketing, we capture an audience from Title Companies, Banks, Mortgage Lenders, Escrow Companies, Real Estate Brokers/Agents, Credit Unions, Private Mortgage Lenders/Bankers and Real Estate Investors.  We then impart the signing assignments to our Notary Publics.

We require that all Notary Publics provide us with the following before we enter into an Independent Contractor Agreement with them: 1) state commission, 2) Bond Insurance, 3) Errors & Omissions Insurance, 3) Must be a Certified Signing Agent.
