fees include Fax back documents up to 10 pages. Over 10
pages will be an additional $15 charge.
All fee are
required to be paid in full whether or not the loan
funds. If your borrower does not sign, full payment is
still required, so please ensure your borrowers have
understanding of the loan terms before the signing
appointment.
